How to get Easy peel hard boiled eggs

Okay, so I cheated here guys. I used gasp an egg cooker to make my boiled eggs. But why not? I LOVE my egg cooker. It is so easy to make the perfect boiled egg that could not be easier to peel. Just look at those perfect golden yolks. I have had my Cuisinart egg cooker for years and it has yet to fail me.

*NOTE: Use an ice bath to cool your eggs after cooking them in the egg cooker. This will avoid your eggs from turning green. I also find that they are much easier to peel after taking a dip in the cold waters.

Don’t have an egg cooker and NOT interested in adding another gadget to your kitchen? This is an awesome post that goes through a few egg boiling options.

Pro-tips:

  • Use a plastic bag to help pipe the yolk mixture into the egg whites. Make sure to cut a big enough hole at the end of the bag to allow the cucumber to pass through.

  • Having trouble filling the bag? Place it over a glass and spoon the mixture in.
