This dehydrated vegetable chip recipe uses radishes to create a satisfying crispy snack. The process of dehydrating the radish mellows out its sharp bite while maintain its full flavor. This was a fun recipe to make on the weekend while prepping my food for the week. Just slice, season, and dehydrate! Oh and did I mention these low carbohydrate chips have only 2 net carbs per serving!

ingredients:

  • 2 cup radish, sliced thinly
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

How to cook Radish Chips

  1. Toss sliced radishes in olive oil.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Place a single layer of radishes evenly on dehydrator shelves.
  4. Turn on dehydrator and set to 135 F for 5 hours or until crisp.
  5. Enjoy!
