My approach

I believe that health can look different on many different shapes, sizes and lifestyles. I use a non-diet approach to help you understand how to eat for your body.

I work with you to let go of eating patterns that are stopping you from reaching your goals.  

I will help you to make peace with food and your body and learn how to enjoy both without guilt. 


THE PROCESS

Free Phone Consultation (45 minutes):
· This is an opportunity to ask questions about my approach and to make sure I am a good match for your needs.

Support:
· In the first session we will talk in depth about your health history and relationship with food and your body. 

· We will meet as often as needed for follow up sessions, depending on your goals and needs, which we will decide together during the initial session.

· Need support between sessions? Get support when you need it with a dietitian in your pocket. You can send messages from your phone, meaning you get answers you need to get back to your life as a more informed and empowered eater. Our conversation is always private and confidential.

What you will learn:
· How to eat intuitively by tapping into your internal cues
· How to no longer base success on the scale or clothing size
· How to let go of dieting and the constant back and forth between strict eating and overindulging
· How to feel more empowered around food
· How to redefine your understanding of health and nutrition
· How to create a positive relationship with movement and mindfulness

Hours:·
· I work Monday - Friday in the 10:00am - 6:00pm timeframe, with some additional times available on occasion.

Location:·
· I am located in St. Petersburg, Florida, but I practice nutrition and diabetes coaching through online sessions, so that I can work with you from the comfort of your own home.
